A Neat Photo Project
So I was going through my RSS feeds this morning and read this entry from the Photojojo site about creating a perpetual wall calendar. I have to admit that I enjoyed using my camera during the DPP and caught the bug to do so more frequently. Perhaps this will be the next thing I work on. I think it could be a nifty addition to my office walls.
Anyway, just thought I’d share.

Merry Christmas! Here is my niece, Sophie, in her Christmas dress.

Eating pizza on Christmas Eve, a tradition in our family that I have no idea how or when it started. Anyway, Sophie is in on it this year with me and her mom. Nestle and Hershey (the cats) also tried to join in.
December 23rd: DPP
Hershey, my other kitty, likes this spot too.

Apple-Cranberry Bread
Fresh out of the oven & ready to take to a brunch at my office tomorrow morning. Yum!
December 21st: DPP
Nestle the cat – sleeping in one of her favorite spots on my bed.
December 20th: DPP
The funkiest ornament on my tree.
This ornament was given to me this week for my birthday by a friend who knows I love the beach.
December 19th: DPP
I took this picture of my office building, Morgan Hall, on Washburn’s campus this evening around 5:15 PM. The sky really was that pink. No filter was used on this photo.

I went downtown to do some last minute shopping tonight and snapped a couple pictures on Mass Street here in Lawrence, Kansas. It was misting heavily and is supposed to turn into freezing rain anytime. In the next picture, I actually captured some raindrops when I took the picture.

This is part of one of my bookshelves. It contains some of the books my Leviathan Book Club has read. It is so named because the first book we read was Moby Dick (the great leviathan). And it was a leviathan of a read. The premise behind this little club is to read some of the classics we maybe didn’t read during our formal schooling. However, you can tell we have branched out a bit from the traditional classics on occasion.
